Edmonton and area based REI & Co (Real Estate Inspections) are contracted by banks, lawyers, government agencies, builders, insurance companies and many different professional individuals, to inspect new or pre-existing real estate properties.

BUT of course the bulk of our work is to inspect for the purchaser just prior to him/her removing their subject to inspection condition.

Our Edmonton  team is lead by Geoff Latham (Owner and CEO) in the field and Nicola Baird-Latham in the office.    Geoff  has worked in the construction industry for the past 10 Years and has knowledge in all aspects of Edmonton homes and commercial properties both big and small, right from structure to plumbing and electrical. 

Geoff Latham, and REI & Co perform all inspections according to CAHPI (Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors) and ASHI Standards of Practice.
