Geoff Latham - CEO

Geoff Latham is the owner/CEO of REI & Co and has been since he purchased the company in 2005. Geoff comes from a long background in construction and has worked for many reputable companies. His philosophy is one which mirrors Mike Holmes (Holmes on Holmes). You don't do a job to meet expectations, you do it to EXCEED expectations.

Geoff loves to be hands on when doing an inspection and takes a true interest in the property he is inspecting. He is a certified NACHI Home Inspector (National Association of Certified Home Inspectors) and Geoff is also an app member of CAHPI (Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors - AB). He is constantly taking courses and updating his already extensive knowledge of residential and commercial properties. He knows that homes and buildings are being built with new techniques and materials and thus stays on top of what is going on in the building industry.

Geoff's reputation preceeds him. He is always willing to come out to a client's new home if they have further questions after a home inspection has been completed and is willing to answer as many questions as it takes to make the client feel comfortable in their understanding of the property at hand. Thus the reason his clients keep returning. He is very well respected and knows that his reputation is what drives his business.
